searching for a DC++ solution to stay Active through NAT

Postby ignition » Apr 15 04 2:02 am

okie i'm back searching for a solution reguarding DC++

I am doing NAT for 2 users, who of course preffer to use the program DC++ but 'for now' they can stay only in passive mode.

I tried a trick in the Extended Network -> Port Security section ,
to redirect ALL TCP&UDP incoming traffic on port (choosed by me) 8790 to 1st private IP and incoming traffic on port 8791 for the 2nd private ip from my lan.

I advised both users to set their state (file->settings->general->connection settings) to active and the
port and ip option for the 1st one to 8790 , 192.168.100.3 ; for the 2nd one 8791 , 192.168.100.4

Trying allow these users to be in Active mode on the DC hubs, didnt work
can i have a better solution , should a tcp mapping service or proxy solution work ?

thank you .
