network camera installation

hello
im running wingate 5.23 on a ME machine serving isdn access to 4 computers and one network camera
the camera has a ip address of 192.168.0.99 and i can log in to the camera from within my lan
the camera has a built in webserver for remote viewing on port 80 http
ok my problem is i cannot view the camera from a remote machine when i know the isdn address of the wingate machine

how can i port wingate to let the camera go out to the net?
i have ens installed and active with firewall disabled on wingate
