Windows 2000 Server NAT

Postby Sympact » Oct 14 03 9:12 pm

We are installing Wingate 5.0.10 on Windows 2000 Server SP4 and are having external DNS issues. How do you setup Wingate to resolve external IP addresses or does Windows 2000 Server handle this. The only way we have been able to get it to work is by useing Windows 2000 DNS and puting the external DNS addresses in the client machines local adapter. The only problem with this is that the workstations logon to the domain dog slow because Windows XP uses DNS to logon to a domain.
