Socket error 10044

Hello,

a customer has bought wingate 5.x with 3 users. When he installs the product and start it, Wingate ask him for an user and password, he leaves it in white and click on accept. And then appears the following error:

Problem connecting to server. socket error 10044 Thd1920{}[socket #ssssssss]

Why this problem appears? What should he do?
