trouble with vpn connection via windows

i have a satellite and dialup.
first i dial up to provider, second making vpn to satellite internet.
it working fine thought wingate, but sometime wingate writing incomming traffic as outgoing. how to fix it?
also i have a dvb card and windows see it as network adapter, wingate too. may be i would make changes in options of my dvb card in wingate?
