balancing with two WG proxies

Postby Vyacheslav » May 19 04 1:56 am

I have a LAN with two Wingate proxy servers.
How can I setup each my server or some other soft to automatic balancing with traffic.

Now i must call to some people and talk about change the settings at their stations to another proxy. It's not good.

One proxy can't work at rush hour :(

I hope you will answer.
I was followed by luck. Still, I was quicker...

Hi

One option is to redirect some services to another proxy. This can take loading off. For instance mail could easily run on another server.

How many network users do you have going through WinGate? We have customers with over 250 concurrent users without a problem like this.

Are you doing AV scanning as well?

Thank you
We have unlimited license.
WG Proxy used for 500 users approximately. May be more. I don't count they. :)

Earlier yes. But I reinstall OS because QbikHk2k error has appeared at my events sometimes. Then clients can't going to Internet. WGKeeper show about all is normal. It's strange and I install W2k3. And then up new Wingate on it without KAV and gatefilter.

Can we talk about it? How I can do it? Redirect option apply to one host but not for two hosts. Isn't it? Can I get some sceme about redirecting.
How many servers and license i need in that case?
My respects.
