How can i restrict a specific group like TEMP from using socks services which port is 1080 ...?

Hi

As per the WinGate help file, this can configured on the policy tab of the Socks proxy service.

Simply configure the "User can access this service" at the top of the policy dialog with all users and groups except the TEMP group.
Make sure that the default rights (system policies) below are set to "are ignored".

Of course there will need to be some form of assumption/authentication for users so that WinGate will know who and what group they belong to when they connect.
