Cannot access to Yahoo and Hotmail

My server is connected to internet via ADSL and they gave me 1 Static IP. I set my first NIC IP 192.168.1.1 SM 255.255.255.0 GW 192.168.1.2
DNS 202.146.255.3 and 5.
My second NIC is with IP 192.168.0.1.
If I'm using Internet Connection Sharing (ICS), I can connect to Yahoo and click the inbox and all my emails are listed.
But if I'm using Wingate, I still can connect to Yahoo and Hotmail but unable to click the inbox (DNS Error)
Can you help me ?
