Gatekeeper Error #: -920 Error #: 95910 Out Of Memory

My Computer has two nic, one connected to the ADSL Modem with IP 192.168.1.1 SM 255.255.255.0 GW 192.168.1.2.

The other connected to Lan with IP 192.168.0.1 SM 255.255.255.0
I share my internet with Wingate 5.2.3 with standar settings and it runs.

The problem is when I open my gatekeeper, it said Fatal Application Exit.
But the service is still running, only I can't browse some websites like the Yahoo and Hotmail inbox.

Sometimes it said

Error #: 95910
Out Of Memory

My Computer has 1GB Ram and it's impossible out of memory.

Please help me ! I've try to get some help for a week but no good solution for Qbik.
