Hi there
I take it from your description the IIS server is running behind WinGate server. Is this correct ?.
Heres the ENS setup:
Open Extended Network Services under the System tab.
Select the Port Security tab.
Click the Add button.
On the port configuration dialog select "Connections from the Internet" and TCP as the protocol.
Note:
If Internet users are connecting to the IIS server on standard Http (TCP port 80) enter port 80 to 80.
Select the "Redirect packet to this IP address" option, specifying the IP address of the machine running the IIS server. In this scenario, you will need to select the "Overide port option" and specify the IIS listening port (1675).
This way all incoming data on port 80 will be redirected to port 1675 on the listening IIS server.
Note:
If Internet users are connecting specifying port 1675 in the URL e.g.
www.xxx.com:1675 then when creating the port hole in ENS enter the port "from 1675 to 1675.
As before select the "Redirect packet to this IP address" option, specifying the IP address of the machine running the IIS server.
In this scenario however you will not need to select the "overide port option."
This way all incoming traffic on port 1675 will be redirected to the listening
IIS server.
Once you have clicked OK and saved, the new mapping will be visible in the Port Security tab.
Hope this helps
Regards
Erwin
