Wingate 826 upgrade

Postby andrswal » Oct 18 03 11:32 pm

I prefer the autoupgrade route to a manual download and install but I get an HTTP 403 error not authorised.

A: any ideas how I get over that (we did have some problems getting the licence to install and had to re-install to get it right)

B: If I just download the new version from the noprmal site does it recognise my existing (and current) licence?

that autoupdate is not actually an auto upgrade, but simply a version check... there have been a few different versions of it... it is something we need to put up on the website (which is why you get the 403, because the file does not exist on the server since we took over serving the domain www.wingate.com from Deerfield inc a couple of weeks ago.

As for your final question, your license will be recognised.
