Can't chat with some site

At my company I used Internet Access Broadband with wingate 5.2 for internet sharing. I can sent/received message and also FTP but problem when I browse www.cihost.com for chat with technical at CIHOST but can't. I alway used dialup connection if I want to chat with technical in CIHOST.
Could you kindly reply me back asap.
