What do you mean by a clear page? Can you browse from the WinGate server ok? Are you able to ping the WinGate server? Do you see the connection attempt on the activity screen? What does the attempt say? Is it http:// (blank) or do you see the url that the client is trying to connect to?
If it's blank then it's usually a DNS configuration problem and you should check that your WinGate server's internal NIC has no DNS server set, you only want a DNS server set on the external NIC.
