SMTP and POP3 Problems

I am using wingate 6.0.4 with a PPPOE connection but i still having a problem that i am not able to send/receive mail using outlook express through my isp's smtp and pop3

If you are connecting directly to your ISP's email server from your client, try disabling the email services in WinGate (POP3 Server, SMTP Server, IMAP Server, POP3 Proxy Server).
