Wingate Clients Connection Problens

I´m can´t connect to WinGate Server when I configure the one to use WCIG. My TCP settings are:

Client:

Default Gateway: Wingate Server IP
DNS Order: Wingate Server IP

WGIC is loaded when the computer starts, the windows of WGIC is showed but I cant access the Internet.

If I remove de Gateway and DNS settings and setup IE to access throug a proxy server, the client connects well...

What is the problem ?

What is the advantage of use WGIC ?

To use the WGIC you only need to set the DNS in the client machines tcp/ip properites. Also on the client in the WGIC applet have you manually selected the Wingate server you wish to connect to? (This is strickly necessary, but can help in some situations)

Also in GateKeeper do you see anything in the Activity screen coming from the client machine?
