Blocking radio streaming is a very, very broad subject and there isn't a surefire, quick or easy way to do it apart from blocking the client applications from using the internet with the WGIC. It's a bit of a hassle setting up the WGIC connection method in your network just to block a couple of applications though.
Basically, here's what you need to do.
A. Find out what type of stream your clients are using and then research how that stream works. Maybe try using the same streams yourself so you can monitor what happens in WinGate's activity tab when you do so. It's much easier to fight something you know about, then to fight blind.
B. Apply the knowledge you learn about the stream to blocking that stream in WinGate. Often you can block applications or activities by blocking a required port. (For example, WinAmp/Shoutcast usually uses port 8000, so blocking that port will stop most WinAmp streams).
C. Follow up and see how the new method of blocking the stream is going. Alot of streams provide multiple methods of pulling that stream down for the internet, in which case you may have just blocked one method instead of the stream itself.
Alternatively, you could just block the specific radio stations that your users are listening to and hope they get the message and stop listening to them :).
