Block users fom opening up wingate internet client settinngs

Hi,
Is there a way to block users from accessing the wingate client with a password or some thing? They can open it up and simply untick "Enable the wingate internet client for this user" and access applications like MSN or LimeWire as long as they do it after making an initial internet connection. Any advice would be appreciated.
