The Help files that come with each product are the best place to start. There is also a knowledge base available for customers to access, for particular problems. This can be found at support.qbik.com and select the knowledge base link.
We are currnetly in the process of re-vamping the documentation, which we hope to make available in the near future, both in hlp file format and also a web based version.
