Wingate 6.0.1 cache NOT working properly

I notice that the caching option is not updating correctly the pages stored on disk. It gets stuck to the same version even if it changes dramatically.

For example, http://bc.whirlpool.net.au/ - Australian broadband forum. It changes every day, I set the refresh in the options to 1 day, but every morning the first load is incorrect, I have to manually click "refresh" on IE 6 to get the latest version. When I do it, however, Wingate DOES NOT update the cached page. If you close and reopen the browser, you will get the OLD page again!?!?!! This is UNACCEPTABLE for a caching proxy.

Are you using scanning plugins on the web proxy? We have an issue with caching when plugins are in use on the WWW Proxy. This is fixed here in the lab, and we are working on a maintenance release.

If you aren't using a plugin, what if you set the "days before check" to zero

Adrien, I am not using any plugins. The browser is set to do HTTP 1.0 only. I set to zero the days before check, I will let you know tomorrow if it is working.
