i want to know in my pc automatacilly create .exe file in each folder same name as folder name. how can i remove them. I installed NT Virus software but this software not deteced those viruses. please let me know the remover tool.

Sorry just to make sure I understand you correctly: You have a virus that is creating .exe files in every folder?

You could try an online virus scanner such as http://www.kaspersky.com/virusscanner

however that one wont remove the issue just identify, there are lots more free ones if you search.
