cannot activate wingate

I have recently changed servers and I am attempting to install wingate on my new server. I have a 5.x unlimited user license, but every time I try to activate using this license a get an error saying the license is not valid. I figured this may be because of the previous installation on the old server so I tried to remove the license from the old installation, but the remove license button is greyed out. Any ideas on what I should do next?

The button will only be grayed out if the license has not been activated. Is that the case on the old server?

What is the size of the activation file you got? It doesn't sound from your post as if the license on your old server was ever activated - it sounds more like there was another problem between here (activation generator) and there (activation client).
