a java window can pop up sometime

we have a internal web site, when you visit the web-site, there should be a authentication window pops up, but some time some workstation when they visit the site, the main page will shows up, but the authentication windows will not pop up. some time i restart the wingate engine it'll work, but some time i need to restart the whole wingate server so that it can work. the authentication was programed by java. so do you have this kind problems? I just upgrade to wingate 6.0.2 build 1001 using a version 4.x license.
