The phrase "N concurrent users" means, that WinGate can be installed on the N computers or WG can be installed on the only pc and only N users can use it as a proxy?

N is the number of users concurrently trying to make a connection through WinGate.

Concurrent users means the number of users connected at any one time. A 6 user license means that six users can be connected through Wingate at a time. Depending on how much your users use the internet, you may be able to support many more users, as long as only six are using Wingate at any time. One way to get more out of it is by not having software such as instant messengers that stay continuously connected.
