URGENT : Unable to Windows XP SP2 Update ...

Hi,

I have wingate 5.07 with WWW proxy service on port 8080 ... for all windows 2000 pro and servers, windows update works fine, except for windows xp sp2, windows update gives the error message that it has failed .. I am able to connect to the site and get me pc scanned for updates, but when I click on intall updates, the popup window starts and when the update is ready to download, it fails ...
I purged all cache and excluded all urls having the text "windowsupdate" in and it still doesn't work...
What is the problem and how can I solve it ?
