Wingate ENS and Satellite Connection

I have a client that is evaluating Wingate to control their internet access. They use a satellite connection. After installing wingate, the satellite dish connection refuses to go online. If I install wingate without ENS, it works fine. But then I can't limit bandwidth or total monthly traffic without ENS, or am I wrong?

How can I solve this connection problems?
