webcam error

Hi,
We receive the following error while trying to view webcam,
"Sorry, you appear to be behind a firewall and are currently unable to use the Yahoo! Webcam service"
What shall we do.

I'm using Wingate 5.0.7 installed on a windows 2003 small business server.
