Wingate and Mdaemon

My query is can Wingate with Kaspersky Antivirus reside on the same machine which has Mdaemon with Kaspersky Antivirus installed on it? If yes, is there a likelihood of some common features like SMTP & POP Services clashing?

SMTP and POP3 services will generally clash; depending on how you have the ports and bindings configured. If everything is left as default you are very likely to experience problems there (As both applications will try to use ports 25 and 110).

I am not 100% sure about the Kaspersky sharing - it might be possible, but the easiest option might be to actually try it.
