Trouble with redirection of application through WRS

Im on DSL connection and I want to send application traffic through wingate server (which is on another network with different ISP). For example I want neotrace to send via Winsock Redirector Service.
I configured both client and server. Neotrace shows in activitiy log in Wingate server, however when i ran trace on it I still see it using my ISP and noth the ISP used by Wingate server.
Html request redirected just fine, all other applications just continue to use my Adsl ISP.
