Windows Media Player works fine on the WinGate server, but not on any machine behind the WinGate server.
On WinGate's System Message panel I see the following messages for user htpcuser (the assumed user for a machine behind WinGate):
Authentication failed - user htpcuser on 90.0.0.28 requested NAT: TCP Connection to 69.45.64.19:554
and also...
Authentication failed - user htpcuser on 90.0.0.28 requested NAT: TCP Connection to 69.45.64.19:1755
Normal web browsing works fine on the client machine (90.0.0.28).
What do I need to do to configure WinGate to allow Windows Media Player to work from behind the WinGate server? I'm not very IP literate, so detailed steps would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Mike.
