Wingate 6.0.3 with Puresight plug-in High CPU utilisation

Hi Qbik Engineer,

I have serious problem here whereby my Wingate server constantly more than 50% utilisation and hang almost everyday. I have tried to clear both History log and cdx files. I do not know what caused it.

My server specs is Xeon 1.5Ghz and 1GB Ram

Appreciate you can help me urgently on this. Thank you very much

Hi,

Are you running any of the WinGate plug-ins?

Are you running the WinGate mail server?

Which version of WinGate are you running?

right, sorry about that, what about the KAV?

Can you try and upgrade to 6.0.4?

Hi Matt,

Only HTTP and DNS is running on Wingate. I have upgraded to version 6.0.4 and the CPU utilisation still above 50%.
