wingate setup and configuration on server and client

I have question to ask.i want to install wingate pro 4.1 in my server win2000. i have dail up connection of internet which has isp proxy address and port like proxy.alo2net.com and port 8080.when i install to the server and client it works but exploer not open any website. how i config client computer which is 98 and xp pro. when i go to client site computer lan setting where i put proxy address as i mention above. i put the proxy address at server it works over there but it is not works to client side. i try to go lan setting of the client computer and put proxy there but it is not works. pls help me to find out solution
