Ragnarok Online Patch Error on Wingate

We are running Wingate here in our cybercafe, it is good in sharing our
internet connection its the best. There is only one problem . . .

"We cannot play RAGNAROK ONLINE in our LAN. (failed to connect to server) error message apear. Is there a configuration in Wingate to enable to play RAGNAROK ONLINE in our Local Area Network? Please Help. Thank you!
