Bandwidth Gauge

Do you plan on adding the functionality to see a screen where it shows a chart or some type of realtime gauge of what users are using what bandwidth. i.e. if we have 30 users, i would like to be able to see what bandwidth users are using in realtime or somewhat realtime, or a % of the total bandwidth. i.e if 1 person is downloading a youtube video, his bandwidth is going to be higher than someone browsing websites. Basically if we notice a drop in internet speed, this report would quickly tell me who is using the most bandwidth and then i could go try and figure out why.
just a thought... anyone else agree?
