Wingate issues!!

Has any body had issues allowing access to only a public Sharepoint portal site?

Can Wingate deny access to upload or download files to and from websites?

Can Wingate deny access to all web based email sites (i.e Hotmail Yahoo mail) without typing those sites URL's in manually?
