Bandwidth control

Guys,

This is going to appear stupid. I have defined a bandwidth profile for a machine (all ports).

Does wingate log anywhere when the limit has been hit and throttling is taking place i.e. without sniffing the lan how do I know its actually limiting.

Believe it or not this is a familly lan and its to stop fighting about who is hogging the internet.
