Can one configure wingate to receive email from a pop3 account from my ISP. If so how ???

Hi, you can check with POP3 in the standard Proxy way, or via NAT. WinGate doesn not curtrently do POP3 collection, but this is in the final stages of being added, so look out for the next version.
