Authentication Problem In Active Directory

hello

we are using wingate licence version 6.1 and that is working fine last days , but from some days it creates some problem in authenticate users . i am clearing scenario



we have one AD Controller test.com
and wingate 6.1


we syncronize database from domain controller test .com

now the problem is , wingate only authenticate old users , if we create new user in AD wingate not able to authenticate that users . we checked ping and other connectivity things also they were working fine

and when we syncronize database it give us error in connecting domain .. sometime it gives error access denied

aftre syncronize once it stopped working for all users then we have to stop the wingate engine and start again for restart working

please help us in this regard
