Wingate does not authenticate the new user

We have 250 user license key of wingate server. We are facing problem of www services from wingate server. We have configured the policis in www proxy server. At the user end RDP and other services is working properly but www services are not working after some interval(1 or 2 hours) so we are unable to search any web site at that time until wingate services will stop and then start again.

So, Please provide the proper solution regarding this problem ASAP.

you shld be check few settings in yours network , wingate having few problem in group authenticating in some manners so each time you have to syncronize yours database with manual click , try to restart yours engine of wingate before syncronize , i hope this will be help to you or some time there is issue in connecting database of domain server , so you use some utilities for network traffic checking .


this is the exact case of connecting new database , i think you are using GPO policy setting for new groups that creates some problem
