Time restriction

I have some problem with the time restriction policy in the www proxy server.
If I set the included time as "Single Occurence" the policy don't work.
For example: There are some policy to restrict the internet access to specifics site assigned by groups.
If I add a user to the policy and I set the time range from 10.00 to 11.00 of the current day, the user can access to internet for the rest of the day (and next days) or until the policy is removed.
If I set a similar policy as "Regular Occurence" there is no problem.

This my configuration:

Wingate 6.2.2 Build 1137
Version Professional
Operative System: Windows 2003 R2 Standard

users are configured as "Assumed User"
default policy for the proxy are ignored
