All sites that require SSL down

Ok after Installing wingate and un installing it I have a new problem none of my web sites which depend on SSL are working.
This is urgent as I use my PC for Banking and internet day trading.
Pls advise ?

If you have uninstalled wingate it cannot interfere with your networking subsystem - can you, please, check your proxy settings in the browser?
