auto forward

Dear, is ther a way to prevent auto forward feature in outlook 2003 created using rules and alert. i dont want users to auto forward emails to thier private email id's. can i prevent it using wingate.

Hi

as far as an SMTP server is concerned, a client doing an auto forward is just sending a mail.

So you'd need to block them sending mail to their private external addresses. You can do this in the SMTP server policy, by blocking mail to those addresses.
