Can you tell the forum how the client's connect [Proxy - NAT?] and what browser is revealing 'It's works' to them.

Is that all they can access on any URL or just one specific site?

Can they ping an Internet web server, eg: ping www.qbik.com ?

Sounds like your clients are connecting to an apache web server as their proxy and not WinGate. Is apache installed on the WinGate server?

check whether the WWW proxy managed to start properly - look in the bindings page.

If you have some other software running on the same port (e.g. a www server such as IIS or apache) then your clients won't be connecting to the proxy.
