Hi,

I don't receive any external mail since 2 days and I really don't know why (it was working good before...)

Is the Guest account enabled in the user database?

See GateKeeper -> Users -> Users -> Guest -> User Info -> Account Enabled

No Guest account was not enabled (and I don't know why). Thanks ! It works again now.

I'm using operating system user database, so is it safe to enable Guest account ?
Is it the same that windows user or is it a wingate's built-in account ?

Having an account enabled/disabled in WinGate doesn't reflect whether the account is enabled/disabled in Windows. The two are independent on this account.
