5.0.10 and 5.1 broke vpn connection!

upgraded from 5.0.7(vpn worked fine) to 5.0.10 then 5.1 with no luck. we vpn(plain microsoft) from behind wingate to our clients. with new versions of wingate(5.0.10 and 5.1) vpn stop working. We get a guest user at ip address of 0.0.0.0 who fails who fails authorization. authorizing the "ghost" user does no good. we are dead in the water.

is there a confiuration change that will make the new version work? Is there a patch to download?

any and all help will be greatly appreciated!

I too installed 5.1 overtop of 5.07 last evening and the exact same problem is now occurring. When using 5.07 everything was great and I would connect from a Win2K Pro client through Wingate 5.07 to my work VPN.

I sure hope someone from Qbik has read this thread and and is checking into the problem, usually they come back with at least a coulpe of questions and/or suggestions

I also have the same problem, before (Wingate 5.07) I used to cconect to a VPN fom my office to a corporate office, now (Wingate 5.10) I can not and the worse thing I don't have any idea. I am disapointed with Qbik the only things I see in this forum are questions & more questions.

We found this problem and fixed it, we are preparing a release of this fix at the moment, and hope to get it out tomorrow - version 5.2
