User are always Authenticated

I'm using Wingate 6.0.4 with Java Client authentication methods and Wingate database
Why when the user close the browser without click logoff button on wingate java client, the user remain authenticated?

How can I automatic logoff user after close the browser?

The problem is that the authentication is joined with ip address (I don't know why), so if the next day when all computers are switched on, they get different ip address from the dhcp (i'm not using wingate dhcp), noone get the java client and everybody can navigate without set the credentials and with the credential of someone else.

are those computers keeping connections open to WinGate? If so the credentials will remain associated with the IP.
