strange GateKeeper.exe logon problem

in my LAN , the user who wanna access the internet must be authenticated by using the GateKeeper.exe

but now there is a strange problem happening:
the user need authenticate again for a while when he opened a web page. it seemed the gatekeeper.exe will be timeout in a very small time,how can i handle this ?

What is the timeout set to on the sessions tab of the Remote Control Service?

uncheck that option in the "remote control"

and input the num is max 1000

If you enable logging of session termination in the remote Control Service, if you see log entries "session terminated exit code 2", then the session is timing out. If the exit code is something else, it terminated for some other reason, possibly due to policy?
