WSUS Cannot pass through the Wingate

i have a WSUS server and i want the the wsus can pass throught the wingate and sync the microsoft update server. i already set the WSUS Server to use the wingate server as a proxy server but the WSUS server cannot pass through and sync with the microsoft windows update server. so what i need to do for the WSUS or Wingate? Thank you

Not sure what that problem could be. Is using the NAT connection method an option?
