If you can't see the Extended Networking menu in the system tab it is likely that you removed the option when you installed WinGate. If this is the case then you'll need to re-install WinGate and select Extended Networking during the install process.

You should back up your registry file before you reinstall, you can read an article on backing up your settings here.

You are running a pre WinGate 4 license?
