Since these are the official forums, this is probably not the best place to ask such a question. However, I would suggest you see if you can solve the problem another way. For example, if this problem only started with a new version of WinGate then roll back to the old version.
Also, if you are using Windows XP or 2000 (or 2003) on the client and servers, you can just use Windows Remote Desktop Management to control the WinGate PC and restart the Engine etc (even restart the computer if necessary provided you don't turn it off). These are also other software for remote desktop management altho on other OSes altho I don't know if any are freeware.
