error in opening / connecting wingate

hello!

just need your technical expertise in opening / connecting to gatekeeper.
I experiencing problem when opening the gatekeeper

this is the error message

"There was a problem connecting to the server Connection refused by server. Check server name and port number."

the current setup of our network / Pc
Windows 2003 server.
NAT
DSL internet
